Jason Kipnis

Jason Kipnis is a second baseman out of Illinois. Kipnis began his college career at the University of Kentucky before transferring to Arizona State University. The former Sun Devil got drafted 63rd overall in 2009 and has been with the Indians for his whole career. With multiple All Star games, Kipnis has proved a consistent option at second base.

Kipnis’ gear is not the most flamboyant but is some of the cleanest. Nike treats Kipnis well. He grips his Sam Bat JK22 maple bat with Nike MVP Elite Pro batting gloves in team colors. Kip has been seen wearing the Nike Air Coop cleats in a clean Indians color combo. He also has been seen in more special Nike Swingman Legend Soto cleats. At second, He has been seen rocking a few different pieces of leather. Both of Jason Kipnis’ gloves have been Rawlings in the same black and red color combo. One is a Rawlings PRO200-6JB Pro Preferred with an H-web and the other was a Rawlings Gold Glove Series RGG2002PRO with an I-web.

Some of Kip’s gear can be found below.
