Matt Chapman
Matt Chapman’s glove seems like a vacuum at third. The California native and high school teammate of another Platinum Glove winner, Nolan Arenado, is one of the best defensive players in the game. His ridiculous plays and cannon arm have propelled him to multiple Gold and Platinum Glove awards as well as a nod to the All Star game.
Chapman has already received some exclusive treatment. Matt Chapman’s glove has earned him his own model from Wilson, the A2K MC26. Based off the 1787 pattern, Chapman created a masterpiece with orange tan and black leather and eye catching Kelly green accents. Chapman’s Nike ID Alpha Huarache Elite 2 spikes are also a clean Oakland A’s color combo. At the plate he pairs Nike Force Elite batting gloves with an Old Hickory JB5 birch bat.
