In the NFL, weeks 13 and 14 are “My Cause, My Cleats” weeks. During these weeks, players are able to wear custom cleats to support whatever cause they choose.
For this season’s MCMC, Joe Burrow opted to support the Joe Burrow Hunger Relief Fund. The Joe Burrow Hunger Relief Fund supports the operations of the Athens County Food Pantry, dedicated to providing supplemental and emergency food aid to residents of Athens County, Ohio who find themselves in need.
Joe Burrow wore a custom pair of Nike Alpha Menace Elite 2’s with the Joe Burrow Hunger Relief Fund logo splashed throughout. The cleats also had some green laces and a green heel that really stood out on the field.
