Francisco Lindor has been working with New Balance to create a cleat that fits his style, and in 2019 it was the Cypher 12 (still available at Baseball Express for $75). In 2020, Lindor’s signature line of cleats has evolved into a new look that has really stood out. According to New Balance, Lindor’s new signature cleat is built on the COMP bottom, and has a unique feature: the top strap is detachable, allowing players to wear one, both, or no straps. They will release in spring of 2021, and there will be an off field version as well.
Until these cleats release, you can shop Lindor’s 2020 cleats, the Cypher 12 (still available at Baseball Express for $75), or his 2020 Spring Training cleats (which these new ones are based off of), the COMPv2 ($85 at BaseballExpress). Dick’s Sporting Goods also has a couple more colorways for $140.
