Sam Bat is now supplying Giancarlo Stanton with a bat similar to Barry Bonds’ 2K1 Maple. The switch coincides with a rough first half in 2016 for Stanton, and this is the bat he hit a record-breaking 61 home runs with in the HR Derby. According to Sam Bat, the 2K2 is a slightly modified version of Bonds 2K1. It has a slightly smaller flared knob (still big though) and a thinner barrel.
