Jake Lamb is one of the believers in the Axe handle, swinging the same cut that we first spotted in Dustin Pedroia’s bag in 2015 (before he even swung it in a game), the DP15. He, along with fellow young stars Mookie Betts and George Springer, form a pretty good argument for giving the Axe a shot.
The Axe has vanished entirely from the Victus site, including the DP15. Like most bat companies, if you call them up or e-mail, they may be able to do something for you. Otherwise, shop their high-end wood at the link.
