Welcome to the J-Rod Show! This young rookie is taking the MLB by storm and is quickly becoming a fan favorite. While Rodríguez’s skills continue to impress, he is also turning heads with some of his sick gear. Here we see one of his custom Wilson A2000 1799 gloves.
It features SuperSkin and Pro Stock leather, a Dual Post web, and is 12.75″ in length. He has his nickname “J-ROD” embroidered above the Seattle Mariners logo on the thumb and the words “DON’T EVER GIVE UP!” on the ring finger.
A player of this caliber needs to flash some serious leather, and J-Rod is doing just that. There’s no doubt that there will be some more incredible gear coming out of Rodríguez’s locker in the near future.
Unfortunately, his exact glove can’t be replicated using Wilson’s custom builder. They currently don’t offer the combination of SuperSkin and Pro Stock leather for the thumb. He’s got his own model the 1810 now I’m not a huge fan it’s kinda narrow I like the 1799 better just me!
