Kris Bryant is wearing the next iteration of his favorite cleat from adidas, the Icon V with Boost cushioning. Bryant is actually one of the few to be wearing the Boost version of this cleat, whereas All-Stars like Edwin Encarnacion, JD Martinez, and Marcus Stroman wear the Icon Bounce, with Bounce cushioning that’s known to be a little stiffer.
Bryant’s are custom made by Adidas Design Manager @toddstansbury for @adidasbaseball. Bryant’s cleats feature his KB17 logo and one of our favorite touches from adidas cleats recently, Bryant’s autograph on the heel. The two-tone blue and red make this one of the best-looking cleats of the year, and they might even be a Best of WPW 2019 finalist when its all said and done.
You can get the Icon V at the link in the Opening Day gold and white colorway for $130 at the link, and more colorways will release on 8/1 for $120.
