Adidas and Little League unveiled uniforms for the 2019 Little League Baseball and Softball World Series tournaments today, showcasing the on-field swag that will debut on July 27th with the Senior League World Series in Easley, South Carolina.
Adidas continues to show love for The Game of Baseball, and that love will be shown on one of baseball’s greatest stages, the Little League World Series.
The patch is strong.
A little UCLA flave awaits the West finalist.
The East will assume the traditional Red, White, and Blue.
Each uniform will include some global elements to signify the unity that the Little League World Series creates among boys and girls (and their families) from across the world.
The swag is off the charts with these unis. When I see the Latin America kit, I can’t help but wonder, with adidas’ footwear prowess, will they bless the squad with matching cleats? Might melt the TV screen.
Canada’s red and black is jumping off the screen here.
A rarely used combo of black/blue/yellow for Australia is another one of our favorites.
Japan is always one of the toughest outs in the tourney, though the uni is probably the most toned down.
Anyone else notice the frequency of that mint color we love so much? It even looks good paired with purple.
A WPW follower on Instagram asked about the Oregon unis, and @littleleague was kind enough to mix it up in the comment section, saying this:
“Players at all seven of our #LLWS tournaments will be wearing these awesome @adidasbaseball uniforms. Some of those have teams representing different regions like Oregon, Michigan, or Delaware and we’re proud to share the uniforms worn at all tournaments.”
How do you like ’em?
