Vladimir Guerrero Jr. has swung the Slugger 243 in Maple, his own VG27 in Birch, and now he’s swinging a new cut, the P210 from Louisville Slugger.  We literally know nothing about the P210 but from Vlad’s history, its THICC.

Update: we got the full rundown from Louisville Slugger…

“The P210 Louisville Slugger is a mashup of an I13H barrel, S318 handle and an I13L knob.  Vlad Jr.’s teammate Teoscar Hernandez uses this model.  Vlad started ordering the P210, along with his VG27 model, after trying out Teoscar’s bat.  Vlad Jr. orders 33.5”, 31.5 oz. birch in the P210, wine finish.  As a Louisville Slugger bat contract player, he gets his signature on the barrel of his bats.”

The P210 sounds like the Frankenstein of power bats, but Frankenstein isn’t for sale yet.  The i13 (Prime wood for $150 at BaseballExpress.com) is extremely popular among the boppers, and the S318 (Prime – $150 at Slugger.com) is, too.  Vlad’s signature bat, the VG27, a similar option, is available at Slugger.com for $150, too.
