As the 2013-14 season started, reports indicated that Kawhi Leonard had signed a deal with the Jordan Brand. Despite wearing mostly Penny and Barkley models in the prior seasons, Leonard had always worn Jordans since high school, so the signing played right up Kawhi’s shoe game.
Kawhi started the season in the Jordan Super.Fly 2, which featured the patented Flight Plate midsole system that allowed Zoom Air to be felt directly under your foot while also being close to the ground – allowing for a bouncier experience. Kawhi would soon rock a different model with a similar setup, that being the signature Jordan line, as seen below.
The Jordan Super.Fly 2 is currently unavailable at retailers.
