Jazz Chisholm has swung multiple different bat brands since being signed to the Diamondbacks in 2015. Although he still experiments with several bats, it looks like he has settled on Dinger as his go-to. He worked with the company to create the new JAZZ-2 model that he is using in the images above. Specifically, his bat is 33″/29 oz. and made of professional maple wood. It has a medium-sized barrel that provides hitters with a balanced feel at the plate.
Dinger asked Chisholm in an interview, “Why should young players looking for a wood bat chose Dinger Bats and the JAZZ-2?” Chisholm responded by saying, “Because the JAZZ-2 bat only has Dingers in it, Haha. Plus, they just hit different.” Obviously, the second baseman is a big fan of their bats and recommends them to any hitter looking to drop bombs.
If you want to get your hands on this bat, you’re in luck! Dinger has the exact model that Chisholm swings available on their website for $180.
