Donaldson has worn these custom basketball-shoes-turned-baseball-spikes often since 2015. The Kyrie 1 can be purchased, even NIKEiD‘d, then you can send your pair into Custom Cleats Inc. and for $100 they’ll put cleats on ’em.
Also notice the All-Star versions that Donaldson had made up. We didn’t see him wear these in the Derby or game, however.
