Trouty got a new Japanese-manufactured Nike trap that is also being use by Andrew McCutchen.  The biggest difference between this one and Trout’s last glove is that it has an independent piece for the web, whereas Trout’s last one was all one piece, like the originator of the Trap-eze web, Rawlings.

Twitter’s @hiro_fukuda0723 helped us out with the translation: “MADE IN JAPAN”

Trout’s glove is a dream, and unfortunately it will stay that way. It is not for sale.
