In Colorado, Trevor Story solidified himself as one of the best hitting shortstops in baseball. He was selected to the All-Star game in 2018 and 2019 and also earned the Silver Slugger Award in each of those seasons. After signing with Boston, he found himself playing another position. With Xander Bogaerts holding it down at shortstop, Story switched sides of the infield and became the starting second baseman for the Red Sox. He embraced this new role with his trusty Heart of the Hide PROS12IC glove by his side and has made an immediate impact on his new team.

Trev has used the PROS12IC model since his time with the Rockies and decided to stick with it in Boston. It features camel-colored leather, a PRO I-Web, and is 11.25″. The only difference is the Columbia Blue color used for the laces, binding, stitching, and embroidery. He still has his nickname “True” on the thumb, and now has his old number “27” that he wore in Colorado on the pinky.
