Justin Turner

Justin Turner has had a resurgence late in his career. Turner made his MLB debut in 2009 and bounced around till he found a home in LA. The Dodgers signed Turner after seeing him hit at a Cal State Fullerton alumni game in 2014. Turner had a breakout year that year and locked himself in at third base for the Dodgers. Since then, he has become an All Star as well as 2017 NLCS co-MVP. His iconic red beard and half-unbuttoned jersey have become a staple in LA as his bat has contributed to much of their recent success.

While Turner has a flare for the dramatic, his style is more reserved. Justin Turner’s glove has a simple beauty to it. He rocks an all-black Wilson A2000 DW5 with SuperSkin at the hot corner. A classic, no-frills look. His look in the box is very similar. A Rawlings JMT10 maple bat and Franklin CFX Pro batting gloves accompany him to the plate. Pair all this with various Adidas spikes and you get a relatively understated look for a player with such flare on the field.
