Rawlings Heart of the Hide PROFM19 in Black with a Brown Web/Lacing and White Stitching
Got some help from @smasherbat again on this one. I’m taking his word for it that this the 13″ pattern, which is available, but with Pro Mesh, which Davis doesn’t have. The identical single-post model with different colors is available in a 12.5″ pattern as well (the PROFM18C). Lastly, there’s a game model Adrian Gonzalez mitt, the PROFM20, a 12 1/4″ with an H-Web available as well—shocked to hear Gonzalez uses such a small glove.

Chris Davis is the rare ballplayer that wears the regular stems. Davis wears a Grey Smoke frame that is not available with the custom tool, but here are his specs anyways (everything aside from the frame color is available):
