What Pros Wear: Home Run Derby Exclusives (Cano, Kemp)

Matt Kemp in yet another pair of Golden Nikes.

Kemp didn’t perform well, but he did look fantastically fresh.  The Nike cleats they’re all wearing are still a mystery.

Here they are again on Kemp.

The batting gloves are obviously All-Star specials, but the Rawlings Velo bat is Kemp’s regular season wood (which I just realized I need to update on his Player Profile).

Butler enjoying the support from the Kaufmann Stadium crowd.

Here’s a good look at Billy Butler’s Phiten Tornado necklace.

Cano getting booed by the classy Royals fans.

Cano in another pair of the golden Nike cleats.  I didn’t get a good image but he was swinging an SSK bat (links to the SSK site’s Bat Builder).

Cano with the now infamous unidentifiable Nike batting gloves.

Granderson and CC paying a visit to the bump and Robinson Cano, Sr.

Granderson and CC coming out was a cool little moment.  It definitely helped take our minds off of the Kansas City fans making fools of themselves.  Granderson is also wearing a Phiten Tornado necklace (see Butler above).
