Batting Gloves

Diamond Elite Pro II in White/Navy and Navy/Grey

The lefty-swinging second baseman wears the popular Nike Diamond Elite Pro gloves (usually white/navy for home,  two photos above, and navy/grey or red/grey for road).  You’ll have an easier time getting something similar to the white home gloves than the road colorways, which seem to be custom-made.

Cleats

Nike Air Huarache Pro Mid in Black/White/Red

Unlike many of his infielding brethren, Kipnis has not fallen under the sway of the plastic cleat trend.  Whether he’s stealing bases or charging a slow grounder, Kipnis still gets his acceleration from good old metal spikes, specifically the brand new Nike Air Huarache Pro Mid (see two photos above).  Kipnis switched over on their release from the Huarache 2KFresh, which you can see him wearing in the feature photo.

Kipnis uses a simple white Easton shin protector when he bats.  This is available in black, but not white, at the link above.
