An obscure sneaker that Carmelo Anthony rocked in his career was the Air Jordan Olympia.
As the name suggests, the shoe released alongside the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympic games. The shoe has a striking resemblance to the Air Jordan 10, albeit with a stitch pattern on the sides. Like the AJ10, the outsole features ridges with the numbers 92, 96, 04, and 08 for the years Jordan Brand athletes competed in the Olympics.
As for technology, full-length Zoom Air provides maximum responsiveness to the cushioning for running and landing.
Carmelo wore the sneaker briefly during practices with Team USA in July 2008, as did other Jordan Brand athletes like Chris Paul.
