This sneaker takes part of the design from the 2018 Kobe AD, particularly the lines on the midsole. The main technology on this sneaker is the FastFit system, which was first introduced on the Jordan 33. This replaces laces with bungees underneath the upper. Pulling the midfoot cord allows these bungees to tighten. The upper consists of QuadFit mesh, which conforms to fit most feet, while retaining its shape. The cushioning utilizes a drop-in React midsole for firm impact protection.
