Welcome to Nightly Pro Notables: a collection of the hottest sneakers and biggest moments of the night on September 13, 2020.
There’s just something about the Nuggets playing well with their backs against the wall. Denver’s last four playoff series have now gone 7 games, dating back to the Spurs and Blazers last season, with the Dallas Mavericks and now the Clippers.
Game 6 of this series saw the Nuggets down 15, before Nikola Jokic took over. Game 6 also saw highlights from Jamal Murray and the big mitts of Kawhi Leonard. Check below for the best moments and sneakers from the early Sunday contest today.
PRO PERFORMANCES
Nikola’s Just Having Fun Out There
With their season once again on the line, Nikola Jokic went to work, absolutely dominating the Clippers. The Joker made some wildly difficult shots and made them look easy. See: this one-legged artistry:
Nikola even made it look easy from long-range:
The Serbian big man then gave a GOAT level post-game interview after dropping 34 on Los Angeles. “The pressure is on them. We’ll just go out there and have fun.”
Nikola rocked the Nike Hyperdunk X, which you can find at StockX, Flight Club, and GOAT.
PRO HIGHLIGHTS
Two Hands for Safety
Jamal Murray gutted out a good perfromance after getting landed on after a Paul George block. Somehow, Murray continued to get score despite that pain, juking George on a fake post-up then driving for a two-handed jam over PG.
The adidas D Rose 1 “Concrete” that Murray rocked can be found at StockX.
Putting Those Klaws to Good Use
The human cheat code that is Kawhi Leonard had a few nice steals on the night. On the play above, the Klaw baited the ball handler by running towards him forcing a pass. Leonard’s giant mitts deflected the ball to the other side of the court for an easy slam.
Leonard rocked a “Jolly Ranchers” colorway for this game against the Nuggets. No word on a release, but you can expect the New Balance The KAWHI sneaker to release later in the fall.

Clipper Colored Retro Jordans
Retro Jordans are still ever popular in the NBA, with Clippers big JaMychal Green rocking a blue and red Jordan 10.
This colorway is perfect for the Clippers normal jerseys, but was actually made for Russell Westbrook and his high school colors. The “Class of 2006” Air Jordan 10 can be found at StockX and GOAT.
