What You Need to Know about Russell Westbrook’s Jordan Why Not? Zer0.4 Shoes

The Jordan Why Not series has always been a good intersection between loud style and precise performance, with the new Zer0.4 being no different.

On the performance side, the Jordan Why Not Zer0.4 boasts a double stacked Zoom Air unit in the forefoot for quick, responsive movements. The traction has also been improved via a more intricate traction pattern on the outsole. The double webbed lacing system helps provide lockdown while still removing weight from the strap system from the Zer0.3.

On the fashion side, the upper once again features numerous panels that serve as canvas’ for loud prints and patterns. Case in point, the Why Not Zer0.4 “Upbringing” that Russ rocked in his first game with the Wizards:

Upcoming colorways include these four below. From left to right: the Trust & Loyalty, Family, FACETASM, and Upbringing colorways.

The FACETASM colorway gets a nice shoutout, as Russ has wanted to collab with the Japanese fashion brand of the same name since he met founder Hiromichi Ochiai in 2018. Aside from the shoes, the FACETASM apparel collection applies a green and orange palette to Jordan staples like a tracksuit, jacket, hoodie, and t-shirt.

This apparel collection will drop on January 14. The debut “Upbringing” colorway will drop on January 6.
