2002 saw the release of Vince Carter’s second signature shoe with the swoosh with the Nike Shox VC 2.
The eye-catching shoe features the namesake Shox technology, something that took Nike 16-years to fully develop. These pillars are used throughout the midsole, providing energy return to the wearer. The dynamic-fit sleeve from the first Shox VC was removed, for a more traditional white leather upper. This is split with higher sections using a perforated leather, and the lower portions utilizing more a flat leather.
