2004 saw the release of Vince Carter’s fourth signature shoe with the swoosh with the Nike Shox VC 4.
The eye-catching shoe features the namesake Shox technology, something that took Nike 16-years to fully develop. These pillars are used throughout the midsole, providing energy return to the wearer. The upper consists of leather, multiple panels on the upper providing color contrast opportunities.
While Carter mostly rocked the VC 4 in his days with the Toronto Raptors and New Jersey Nets, he brought the shoes back in 2018 as part of the Sacramento Kings. Hooping in a 14-year old shoe isn’t the best idea though, as his VC 4 fell apart.

While we don’t recommend hooping in an OG pair, you can find the Nike Shox VC 4 at GOAT.
