2005 saw the release of Vince Carter’s fifth (and last) signature shoe with the swoosh with the Nike Shox VC 5.
The eye-catching shoe features the namesake Shox technology, something that took Nike 16-years to fully develop. These pillars are used throughout the midsole, providing energy return to the wearer. The upper consists of leather, with multiple panels throughout to provide color contrast. Parts of the toe and collar area feature quilted leather for added aesthetics.
