After the New Jersey Nets traded Vince Carter to the Orlando Magic, Vinsanity started lacing up the Nike Shoes Vision.
This was years after his signature Shox VC line ended. Despite no longer have a signature shoe, VC still rocked Shox shoes, something he’d done since joining the Swoosh in 2000. The signature Shox pillars are used for for maximum protection when jumping and landing. Other NBA players received player edition colorways of the Shox Vision including Brad Miller and Andrei Kirilenko.
VC wore the Shox Vision in the 2009-10 season, but later rocked a pair in 2018 to match the Sacramento Kings’ baby blue throwback jerseys.
As Nike has not retroed the shoe, Vince Carter’s Nike Shox Vision is currently unavailable at retailers.
