A sneaker that Bradley Beal had in his on-court rotation for the 2018-19 season is the Nike Air Force Max Low.
The generically named basketball shoe is only loosely linked to the “Air Force Max” that dropped in the 90s that was worn by big men like Charles Barkley. Instead, this is the low-top version of the 2018 iteration of the same name that big men like Anthony Davis rocked. This low-top utilizes visible Air on the heel for impact protection. A simple mesh and knit upper keeps the shoe lightweight and breathable. A strap on the midfoot pays homage to the aforementioned Barkley Air Force Max, while adding some lockdown.
