It was only natural for Lonzo Ball to rock Kobes after he was drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers. Lonzo wore the purple Kobe AD shoe seen above for a good portion of the 2017 Summer League.
This was the first shoe that Nike launched after Kobe Bryant’s retirement, first dropping in 2016. The Kobe AD boasted Lunarlon cushioning in the midsole. This combines with Zoom Air in the heel for impact protection and heel bounce.
