The sneaker associated with Michael Jordan’s University of North Carolina collegiate career is the Converse Pro Leather.

As the name suggests, the shoe utilizes a traditional leather upper. The high-top cut was similar to many other basketball shoes at the time including the Nike Blazer. Similarly, the sneaker had minimal cushioning with a vulcanized rubber sole.

This is the sneaker linked to Michael Jordan’s first moment ever, his game-winning jumper in the 1982 championship game. You can read more on this moment HERE.

You can find the Converse Pro Leather at Converse.com and StockX.
