Championship number 4 was in site for Klay Thompson and the Warriors, as he also saw his fourth signature shoe drop in the ANTA KT 4.
This sneaker featured a new cushioning system called A-Flashfoam with extra bounce similar to that of adidas Boost. This foam is allowed to expand on most of the midsole except for the lateral heel section, which is caged to support lateral movements. The premium knitted upper and solid fingerprint traction carried over from the KT 3.
While unrelated to the sneakers, Thompson’s chance at a three-peat disappeared after Thompson injured his knee in the 2019 NBA Finals. There were plenty of highlights for Klay in the 2018-19 season in the shoes, however, which you can find in his moments section.
