Klay Thompson Drops 32 and Talks to Shooting Hand in the ANTA KT 4 Shoes

The uniqueness of Klay Thompson was on full display in this highlight reel against the Portland Trail Blazers.

Prior to this game, Klay was on an extended shooting slump. In the previous nine games, Thompson had shot a combined 35.8 percent from the field and 30 percent from three-point range. Thompson got off to a good start with a post-up turnaround for two points via mid-range. The buckets just started rolling from there. The Warriors guard lit up the Blazers, with a three late in the 4th leading to a Portland timeout. As Thompson was walking to the bench, he stared at his shooting and told it, “I missed you. It’s good to see you again.” Thompson finished the game shooting 4-5 from downtown, with 32 points and the W.

The sneaker Klay wore for this interesting moment was the ANTA KT 4. This featured a new cushioning system called A-Flashfoam with extra bounce similar to that of adidas Boost. This foam is allowed to expand on most of the midsole except for the lateral heel section, which is caged to support lateral movements. The premium knitted upper and solid fingerprint traction carried over from the KT 3.

The black and yellow colorway isn’t currently available, but you can purchase the ANTA KT 4 at Anktshop.com.
