Klay Thompson brought the attitude after posting a rare poster dunk over the Indiana Pacers’ Domantas Sabonis.
The play started with Klay coming off an off-ball screen from teammate Shaun Livingston. Thompson then cut to the rim as Kevin Durant made the pass. In typical Klay fashion, the Golden State shooting guard faked a pass mid-stride despite having a wide lane to the rim. Sabonis slid over and jumped to contest, but Thompson jumped way before Domantas could react. A one-handed slam rocked the rim with Sabonis stuck in Klay’s path. As Sabonis was trying to prepare the subsequent inbound pass, Thompson made sure to stare the big man down, giddily hopping back on defense.
The sneaker Klay wore for this interesting moment was the ANTA KT 4. This featured a new cushioning system called A-Flashfoam with extra bounce similar to that of adidas Boost. This foam is allowed to expand on most of the midsole except for the lateral heel section, which is caged to support lateral movements. The premium knitted upper and solid fingerprint traction carried over from the KT 3.
The white and blue colorway isn’t currently available, but you can purchase the ANTA KT 4 at Anktshop.com.
