Damian Lillard’s sneaker of choice for the 2021 NBA Playoffs and the start of the 2021-22 season is the adidas Dame 7 EXTPLY.
This sneaker retains much of the same qualities as the regular Dame 7, with ultralight Lightstrike cushioning provides the bounce you need to get up like Damian. The upper is where the shoe differs. Mesh is replaced with knit, with synthetic overlays that provide support but also add to the storytelling.
These synthetic pieces are perfect for colorways like the “Opponent Advisory” colorways inspired by the famous CD warning. Another noted version that Dame has worn is the “Damenosis” black and white colorway inspired by Shaquille O’Neals Reebok Shaqnosis.
