Ja Morant Throws Down 360 Dunk in the Nike Adapt BB 2.0 Shoes

There are usually dunks aplenty in the Rising Stars challenge and very few dazzled like Ja Morant in the 2020 game.

Ja put on his own personal dunk contest after declining to participate in the actual 2020 contest. The Memphis Grizzlies guard collected a full-court pass on this play, with an open lane to the rim. Morant took one dribble before spinning 360 degrees for the two-handed slam. For added flair, Ja landed with his arms extended as if he was an airplane.

The sneakers Ja slipped on for this highlight is the Nike Adapt BB 2.0. Nike’s second self-lacing basketball sneaker took the original Adapt BB and added minor improvements. This includes an Air Zoom Turbo unit placed in the forefoot for extra bounce. The stack height was lowered to also help make the shoe less clunky, while still preserving the self-lacing mechanism. Ballistic mesh replaces Flyknit for added stretch and an easier time slipping on the shoes.

Morant’s exact sneakers was the red “Gamer Exclusive 2K” colorway which can be found HERE.

You can find other colors of the Nike Adapt BB 2.0 at DicksSportingGoods.com and StockX.
