The 2020-21 NBA season had just started and we already got a game-winner from Jayson Tatum.
With 8.9 seconds remaining, Jayson retrieved the ball off the inbound from the Celtics logo at mid-court. Marcus Smart set a screen seemingly to get the reigning defensive player of the year ON Tatum. With Giannis in front of him, Tatum hit a few hesitation moves before stepping back for a long three that hit glass and in, leaving only 0.4 seconds remaining. Game.
On Tatum’s feet during this shot was the Air Jordan 35. This shoe features the Eclipse Plate 2.0; an eye-catching hole in the midsole that extends higher to the upper, providing protection from rolling over. Directly above this TPU plate are strong Flightwires that help lockdown the foot. The AJ35 utilizes fast cushioning with bouncy Zoom units in the heel and forefoot.
Tatum rocked a black and green-based PE of the 35, which isn’t available.
You can find all the colorways of the Air Jordan 35 at StockX, GOAT, and Dick’s Sporting Goods.
