Kawhi Leonard Uses Klaws For Around-the-World Dunk in the Air Jordan XX8 SE Shoes

Kawhi Leonard’s large hands have always been a topic of discussion amongst basketball fans. These assets were on full display on both sides of the floor in early 2014.

After a San Antonio double team forced an errant pass, Leonard’s length and big hands tipped the ball from our of nowhere for the steal. Utah Jazz guard Trey Burke sprinted back in hopes of somehow stopping the charging Kawhi, but the Klaw easily palmed the ball behind his back and away from Burke. Leonard then corralled the ball in the other mitt and easily dunked with one hand.

The sneakers Leonard wore during this around-the-world dunk was the Air Jordan XX8 SE, a shroud-less version of the 28th signature shoe in the Jordan line. This was the first shoe to utilize Unlocked Zoom, which provided a direct bouncy feel in the forefoot.

Leonard rocked the “Dark Grey” XX8 SE, which isn’t available at retailers. You can find other colorways of the Jordan XX8 at StockX, Flight Club, and Stadium Goods.
