Michael Jordan Posterizes Sam Perkins in NBA Finals Wearing the Air Jordan 6 Shoes

It was Michael Jordan’s first NBA Finals and it was time to put on a show.

This game 4 play started simply, with MJ faking usage of a screen to his right before crossing to his left. With Lakers Guard Byron Scott frozen from the quick move, Michael took off towards the rim. Sam Perkins tried jumping vertically as high as possible but it’s tough to out-jump prime MJ. His Airness took the body contact and threw down a vicious right-handed slam. Big play on the biggest stage.

The sneakers that Michael laced up for this moment was the Air Jordan 6. This features a stylish lace lock that helps prevent the laces from coming loose. A visible Air Max unit is used in the heel for impact protection. Neoprene was added to the lower portion of the tongue to make the shoe lighter and provide a closer fit. The unique upper part of the tongue features large holes and combine with the heel tab to make it easier to slip on the shoes.

The black and Infrared colorway that MJ rocked this game can be found HERE.

You can find other colors of the Air Jordan 6 at StockXGOATFlight Cluband Stadium Goods.
