Trae Young accomplished a lot during his rookie season and even dropped multiple game-winners like this one.
The score was 127-127 with the Atlanta Hawks inbounding against the Philadelphia 76ers with 3.5 seconds remaining in the game. Trae Young pretended to be a decoy by hiding in the paint before slipping to the 3-point line and collecting the inbound. Young drove the ball on Sixers All-Star Jimmy Butler, who never gave him any room. Ice Trae would live up to his nickname though as his ice cold floater from the free throw line dropped in with just 0.1 seconds remaining. The State Farm Arena was in a frenzy and a fan even shoved Young in excitement.
The sneakers Trae slipped on was the adidas N3XT L3V3L. This features a laceless, compression Primeknit upper that was comfortable straight out of the box. Lightstrike foam is used in the midsole for lightweight comfort on the court and off.
Young rocked the red and white “McDonald’s All-American 2019” colorway which can be found HERE.
