Zion Williamson Effortlessly Tips Dunk then Loses his Air Jordan XXXIV Shoes

Zion Williamson oftentimes plays full-force, but showed a smoother side to him in this play agains the Boston Celtics.

The clip starts with New Orleans Pelicans teammate J.J. Redick missing a midrange jumper. The shot hit front rim, then the backboard, giving Zion enough time to size up his jump. Celtics big Daniel Theis jumped thinking he had an easy board but Williamson rose above him and flushed down the poster dunk with ease. Zion made sure to hang on the rim, smoothly swinging his body on Theis with all the disrespect. The following play, Zion tipped the ball all the way to half-court, only giving up the steal after his shoe slipped off his foot.

The sneakers Zion rocked for this highlight slam was the Air Jordan XXXIV. The 34th jumpman sneaker features large Zoom Air units in the heel and forefoot to give Williamson even more bounce to his step. A cored out pebax plate surrounds these units for lightweight stability. The upper is composed of a lightweight mesh for breathability, with a woven layer adding much needed durability.

Zion rocked a white, black, and pink “Chinese New Year” colorway, which can be found HERE.

You can find other colors of the Air Jordan 34 at StockX and GOAT.
