Kyrie Irving came at the Phoenix Suns with another display of streetball dribbling.
On this play, Kyrie Irving received the ball with Frank Kaminsky in front of him. With the bigger, slower defender on him, Irving immediately started his dribble. The Uncle Drew actor drove right before abruptly going behind-the-back in the blink of an eye. Irving then backed up causing Kaminsky to react and jump forward. This hesitation move froze Frank, allowing Kyrie to speed to the rim and float a shot through the net.
The sneakers that Irving rocked for these crossovers was the Nike Kyrie 6. This shoe utilizes a midfoot strap akin to the Nike Air Yeezy 2, to add lockdown to the upper. An Air Zoom Turbo unit in the forefoot provides court-feel and responsiveness. The Kyrie 6 also boasts 360 degree traction riding up the midsole, providing grip at every angle.
The colorway worn for this game was the Berlin Pre-Heat City Collection, which can be found HERE.
You can find more colorways of the Nike Kyrie 6 at StockX, GOAT, and Flight Club.
