The Atlanta Hawks found themselves in a shootout with the Hornets, with the game going into double overtime. Early in 2OT with the Hawks down two, Young dribbled the ball deliberately up the court. The Atlanta All-Star dribbled right before crossing left into a hop-step. Ice Trae landed on the Hawks logo at mid-court before launching the long three. The shot went back iron and in as the Phillips Arena erupted in oohs. The Hawks would end up getting the W after this clutch shot.
